Monitoring & Evaluation
Capacity Analytics provides robust monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) services in order to improve, support and help the performance of organizations and institutions to effectively manage the outcomes and outputs known as development results, to make educated decisions and to provide quality delivery evidence in the future. CA supports its clients to check the progress of assignments, establishes useful monitoring frameworks, understands the implementation results of policies, projects, or services, and also measures the effectiveness of projects through monitoring and evaluation, assessment frameworks, and impact studies.
Capacity Analytics team has recently worked on the following MEAL assignments;
- Conducting Thematic Reviews of the Sub-National Governance II (SNG-II) programme for FCDO supporting provincial and district governments in Punjab and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa under project titled Reforms & Innovation in Government for High Performance with UNDP for strengthening the monitoring, evaluation and learning scope of the SNG-II programme through Themative Reviews for evaluation of selected interventions (such as fiscal, budget, solid waste management, social protection)
- Providing M&E Operations Review Support to Ernst & Young (EY) Ford Rhodes on the World Bank funded Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP) of Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA)
- Developing and designing of National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) Annual Corporate Report 2021-22 to capture the learning and successes of NDRMF as well as documentation of its program and project activity, outcome, achievements and challenges for showcasing the contributions of NDRMF in enhancing the resilience of Pakistan against natural disasters and climate change
- Providing M&E and reporting support on the Growth for Rural Advancement and Sustainable Progress (GRASP) project funded by the International Trade Centre (ITC) by undertaking detailed analytics on project data to highlight result reporting aspects for meeting the project objective of reducing poverty in Pakistan by strengthening small-scale Agribusinesses in two provinces: Balochistan and Sindh.
- Evaluation of Tobacco Track and Trace System (TTS) Implementation in Pakistan funded by the World Bank to formulate an implementation plan and to evaluate the Tobacco Track and Trace System designed by FBR in Pakistan
- Monitoring prices for measuring food price anomalies to support Ministry of National Food Security and Research (MNFSR) and Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in collaboration with Federal SDGs Support Unit and SDG Section at the Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives and Development Policy Unit (DPU) at the UNDP
