Mapping the Potential of Circular Economy in Pakistan
Currently our in-house research team is working on mapping the potential for Circular Economy in Pakistan. This initial report on CE will be an important milestone for the company and the academia in general to develop the necessary discussion and debate on CE. We believe that it will serve as a baseline study for future relevant policy.
State of Social Protection
Considering the global pandemic situation, we have conducted a study titled ‘State of Social Protection in Pakistan’ funded by the Social Protection Resource Centre (SPRC), which provides a comprehensive critical analysis and assessment of the existing social protection regime of Pakistan at national and sub-national levels. Using the existing data on social protection, Capacity Analytics provided technical expertise in measuring the need for social protection in Pakistan based on Social Protection Index (SPI) at the district level. The study provides a benchmark for the social protection need by ranking the districts and thus, proposed an optimal setup of social protection regime in Pakistan based on the idea of transformative social protection.
Women Employment Trends in Urban Areas of Punjab
Considering the technical area of labor and employment, we have conducted a study on the Women Employment Trends in Urban Areas of Punjab to understand the socio-economic, geographic, and demographic profiles and challenges of program design and factors that inhibited two-thirds of women graduates from securing employment on the other hand.
